Jan 01, 2016  Anno 2070 is a city builder very much like CivCity: Rome. (Improve housing with surrounding resources/services and build city etc. Etc.) It got review bombed because it has SecuRom and Ubisoft tied to it though. I don't know of any other game that allows you to look into houses like CivCity: Rome does.
