Dec 24, 2015 follow there step. Change name of that install file - Move it to other folder - Install again:3 - Maybe another window will work too xD Good Luck -. About Windows 7 32bit, the issue was an NSIS corruption file. The corruption came during unzip process. With a good.exe file, I have the correct dialogue box. The message NSIS error – Error launching installer means that the installer has failed the self-check because it has been modified from its original form. If the installation continues, the software will be broken and won’t function properly.
Hi,
Thank you for contacting Microsoft community and we will be glad to assist you with your concern.
As per the description provided, it looks like while you are downloading, you are receiving an error message “Error Launching Installer”. In order to provide you with a quick resolution, please reply to these questions:
1.Have you made any changes to the computer prior to this issue?
2.Are you trying to download the files from Internet?
3.Which program are you using to download the file?
4.Is the issue confined only while downloading?
The NSIS errors may occur under one of the following conditions:
a.Software files downloaded from the Internet are not complete.
b.Downloaded software files have been modified from the original version.
c.Your PC is infected with a virus.
d.Physical media being used to install the program is damaged.
e.Required hardware (For example, CD/DVD drive) is malfunctioning.
Note: Try to install your software after each task.
1.Delete the cache of your Web browser. To do this, in the Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 window, open Tools menu and then select Delete Browsing History….Next, click the Delete All button and also select the check box in the confirmation box that is displayed. Finally, click Yes to completely clear the browser cache.
2.If the name of the downloaded installer files comprises multiple words, rename it to have only one word, say, SoftwareNameInstaller.exe.
3.If available, download the software installer file from another approved source.
4.Update your antivirus/Security software program.

6. Thoroughly scan your PC for possible virus or spyware infections.

I would suggest you to check the Windows Installer Service and check if it helps.

Unregister and re-register the Windows Installer
a. Click Start Orb, in the start search box, type MSIEXEC /UNREGISTER, and then click OK.
b. Click Start Orb, in the start search box, type MSIEXEC /REGSERVER, and then click OK. After you run this command, the operation is complete.
